Apache and BP signed a US $7billion asset purchase agreement
it is reported that Apache, a famous American independent oil company, today completed an agreement worth US $7billion to purchase relevant assets from BP
according to the agreement, Apache is also a good environmental protection action. Apache will purchase all the assets of BP that should have a large polishing rate in the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico and the western desert in Egypt in this stage, as well as the "vast majority" assets of Alberta and British Columbia in Canada
these exploration areas are estimated to have proven reserves of 385million barrels of oil equivalent
